The following charts will help you determine your total costs based on your number of nights and the particular cabin you are interested in. All three cabins are listed here.
The $400 deposit is usually returned within 24 hours to 3 days of your departure after the housekeeping staff has indicated all is well at the cabin. We do allow ourselves up to 7 days on the rental agreeement.
Once you make your decision to reserve the cabin, we require 50% of the total due and a signed rental agreement which I will send. Depending on when you make your reservation, the "total due" or "balance due" is required 28 days before your check-in date. We accept four major credit cards for your convenience and ease in securing your reservation.
